Defined Benefit Plan
- Mandatory personal and County contribution for guaranteed monthly lifetime retirement benefits

401(a) Defined Contribution Plan
- 4.2 percent County contribution for general employees
457 Deferred Compensation Plan

Live Where You Work Grants
The Live Where You Work Grants are available to employees who wish to buy or rent in Arlington County. Grants are available on a first come, first served basis – $6,600 for home buyers and $800 for renters.
